We will not process any order that we deem inappropriate and your payment will be refunded. The following are examples of orders we will not process.

If your order has:

-racial or discriminatory language


-vulgar or sexual words

-any words or phrases affiliated with deemed harmful groups or movements

We hear you, we make last minute custom orders possible! Five days may seem sufficient time but due to the fact that our products are all handmade and shipping times, 5 days is fast. We would classify this as a rush order.

What makes an order a "rush order"?

When you need your custom order delivered within 5 days this would be considered a rush order. For bulk custom orders, anything before 2 weeks would be considered a rush order.

The Cost

The cost is a surcharge of 20% of the item(s) you would like to purchase and the cost of expedited shipping. For example, if you would like a custom copper bracelet in 5 days the cost would be: the bracelet cost x surcharge + shipping = price ($34 x 20% + $20 = $60.80).

Yes! Email us at to make your order. Please be aware that bulk orders (10+ items) need a 2 week lead time. That means from your initial order to the time of shipment we need 2 weeks to fulfill your order. If you need your order before then please refer to our rush order policy.

Yes! We ship to the USA.We currently do not ship anywhere else however if you're not living within Canada or the USA please fill out the Contact Form or email us at and we will see if we can arrange something.

$2.50 for orders under $69$10.00 for orders over $69

This option is sent through regular post by Canada Post and can take 4-12 business days to arrive. It is not tracked so there is some risk to this option but historically, Canada Post has been reliable.

Prices are dependant on the weight of products in your cart. Here are the three options you can choose from:

Canada Post Expedited Parcel (1-7 business days) Example price: $9.25 for 1 bracelet

Canada Post Xpresspost (1-3 business days) Example price: $9.84 for 1 bracelet

Canada Post Priority (1-3 business days) Example price: $20.17 for 1 bracelet

International Shipping (tracked) USA ONLY

Canada Post Small Packet USA Air (5-8 business days) Example price: $6.97 CDN for 1 bracelet going to New York City

Canada Post Tracked Packet USA (4-7 business days) Example price: $12.87 CDN for 1 bracelet going to New York City


​Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped by Canada Post and delivered anywhere in Canada. You choose the address that works best for you (your home or office or the home of a friend or family member) and we do the rest! Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using Canada Post's online tracking tool (depending on the type of shipping you chose). You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number (if applicable). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Once shipped, your order will reach your location within 1-12 business days (depending on what shipping option you've chosen).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.Judda ships to addresses within Canada and the USA.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard domestic shipping starts at $2.50 and price increases due to weight and size.

Standard Shipping

We've given you the option to choose from a Standard Shipping option. It is a economical option, it is not tracked and will arrive between 4-12 business days. We are not responsible for lost packages if this option is chosen.Delivery delays can occasionally occur.​

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Judda is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Judda is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.​

Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures forreturning your order.


Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery; and items on sale.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
